Asst Manager / Manager – Corporate Sales

Location: Mumbai & Bangalore

Skill set:

- Corporate sales - strategic accounts

- Responsible for new corporate clients

- Relationship management at CXO level

- Target oriented, experience in selling to whale size deals

- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Job Responsibility:

1) new customer acquisition and business development for corporates only

2) liaise with corporate clients, leading educational institutions and develop CXO level relationships

3) penetrate all named accounts for promoting avagmah products and services

4) achieve booking and revenue targets for each of the named account

5) forecast and achieve monthly order booking and revenue

6) manage client relationship and ensure each customer is a profit center

7) source business relating to employee education and training from the customer eco-system including suppliers, vendors, employees etc.

9) provide required inputs to the credit team for enabling customer approvals

10) Maintain high level of customer service in coordination with operations and other related teams

11) Ensure collection of any dues from eco-system on time and monitor the performance

12) Providing inputs on the trends in the industry and individual customer performance

Education:

- MBA from a top 10 management institute

- 4+ years of relevant corporate sales / hunter experience preferably in the education and training industry

- demonstrated success in acquiring new accounts , large deals from leading corporates

- significant exposure to selling in key national markets delhi, mumbai and bangalore MUST.
