Auto Parts Manager - Material Handling Manufacturer

Job Purpose:

- Manage parts operation to Achieve customer satisfaction and Appreciation.

- Manage parts operation to Achieve parts sales target and target profitability.

- To Promote sales of parts and accessories other value added product and services.

- Optimizing parts department process to insure internal and external customer satisfaction.

Key Task and Performance Indicators:

Parts Ordering:

- Work with service Managers to ensure predictive parts planning.

- New Model spares ordering plan.

- Manager Parts Inventory & stock.

Parts Operation:

- Manage The Part warehouse.

- Ensure receiving binning and Issuing procedure.

- Provide Technical Assistance.

- Management Reporting.

- Meet KPI's
