You will drive our sales strategy by identifying and approaching target businesses in designated region and beyond demonstrating the unique value proposition Augray can deliver.  We are looking for a dynamic person with the experience of positioning bespoke creative and technical solutions to global brands. A track record of delivering complex digital solutions via senior stake-holders is essential as is intimate knowledge of the advertising and media space.  Key Personal Responsibilities:  Business Development  - Work with and develop the current prospect database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business  - Mentor and expand Sales team in all metro cities in India  - Develop a sales contact plan to include cold-calling, direct marketing, and attending industry events to build relationships with key prospects  - Respond to incoming Requests for Information(RFIs), Requests for Proposals(RFPs) in a professional and creative manner  - Understand a prospect's business needs and develop a tailored digital marketing proposal using Augray solutions, drawing on expert internal resource as required  - Represent Augray at industry events, including round tables, digital forums and new business events  - Work closely with Marketing to identify appropriate go to market messaging for specific business sectors  - Take part in public speaking, presentations- in the Expo's for digital marketing solutions   High standards of client servicing  - Creative thinking in creating unique solutions   - Ability to articulate solutions at C level  - Understand mechanics and intricacies of advertising ecosystem  - Manage stakeholders across advertisers and their agency roster  - Consultative approach to business development  - Insight-led solutions which solve specific marketing challenges  - Collaborate with design, tech, data, media to deliver complex/bespoke campaigns  - Knowledge and/or passion for FMCG, Automotive, Media, Technology, Entertainment sectors  Professional REQUIREMENTS  - Successful candidates will have  - 5+ years of advertising and marketing background   - Proven track record hitting and exceeding sales targets  - Excellent client-handling skills  - Strategic mind-set focused around a value-add sales approach  - Agile and creative approach to business development  - Good education and - B- school background  - Proven track record in consultative selling  - Excellent Digital marketing knowledge  - Broad and thorough knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce and m-commerce  - Good understanding of tracking and ad-serving technology used in affiliate marketing  - Experience developing effective tactical marketing strategies to support sales acquisition  - Ability to manage and track lead generation and a sales pipeline through CRM system  - B2B sales experience (Ideally in advertising, digital or marketing)  Personal Requirements  - Photoshop, Presentation tools  - Tenacious & creative thinking  - Good mentor and leader to hire, educate and train the science of marketing   - Curious and inquisitive  - Driven and motivated by results  - Strong presenter, negotiator, and influencer  - Excellent written skills  - Organised with good attention to detail  - A self-starter who can spot new opportunities  - Passionate about marketing
