Head-quartered in the USA with Indian operations in Chennai, Bangalore with sales offices in Mumbai and Delhi and has offices.   CUSTOMARY EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:  - Experience developing mobile applications in various OS (iOS, android, Windows), HTML5/CSS3, Web GL, Open GL, C/ C++, Python, PHP, Java/J2EE, .NET, C#, Unity, gaming engines, SQL, Database, BI, UX, Objective C  - GPS/ NFC, GEO Location based  - Image processing and recognition,   - Exposure to Virtual and Augmented reality  - Enterprise application development/ architect using various frameworks  - Creating frameworks  - Creative thinkers, Visual designers and Mobile app Geek.  - Good exposure to SDLC process  EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE WITH:  - Deep technical expertise and Product Development know how, architecture and Lead   - Experience in creating scalable architecture   - Time sensitive release  - Product Quality and Release management  - Strategic planning and executing in evolving mobile centric product  - Good written and verbal communication   - Ability to articulate solution, features and represent technology  - Ability to create and innovate  - Ability to hire, mentor and lead talents  WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:  - Evaluating, mentoring dispersed team (Indian centers and USA), driving the product development for mobile, architecture, development (iOS, android, Microsoft and other OS and various development tools)  - Work on cutting edge wearables such as Holo lens, Virtual reality devices  - Establish good coding practice, development environment, release management for mobile application, BI Systems and Product website  - Selecting and setting up internal communications mechanism, organizing deliverables, social media, marketing ideas and implementation with marketing team, project management, and bug tracking systems  - Selecting and managing company staff or outsourced vendors who will implement design and meet clients and channel partners for strategic technology needs.  - Establishing and supervising the software development process, setting short-term objectives and assessing progress as defined by the selected software development methodology  - Conducting code reviews and specification conformance testing as defined by the selected software development methodology  - Establishing and supervising quality assurance processes, including integration and system testing  - Reviewing and approving proposed development releases and manage the release process  - Establishing an application deployment process and supervising deployment to staging and production servers  - Monitoring application performance and reviewing any application failures in staging or production  - Working with founder and client base to develop and refine user stories and translate them into compelling products and features  - Establishing a customer service and support process, with particular responsibility for web-based services that implement the support function  - Take part in product road map and strategic planning  - Ability of public speaking in presenting technology solution and scenarios to partners and client base.  - Ability to work with top notch mobile developers from around the world  WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU?  - You will be a key leader in the company who would take a significant role in making the vision come true.
