CA + MBA finance

- 2-4 Years Experience in Accounting , Finance & Auditing (Internal & External Functions)

- Graduate in commerce & Accounting

- CA/CPA/ACCA or an equivalent Professional or Post Graduate Qualification would be preferable

- Prior Experience with a BIG 4 audit firm would be preferred.

Major Job Responsibilities :

- Conduct audits of company operations and joint ventures in the Asia Pacific region against the company policies and procedures, US and local GAAP, shareholder and related agreements and sound business practices.

- Develop a thorough and detailed understanding of the company policies and procedures, including those relating to financial accounting and reporting, SOX, and other functions.

- Understand and document unit practices and procedures in detail to pinpoint control weaknesses or policy violations in complex situations and suggest needed improvements.

- Contribute to Internal Audit Services cost reduction initiatives by reducing controllable costs.

- Communicate and interact routinely with senior management
