Background of the Organization:

Auctus Advisors, a fast growing Boutique Management Consulting Firm is looking for self-motivated and qualified management consultants. The firm works closely with senior leadership and board members of diverse companies to provide strategic direction and implementation support

Position: Associate Consultant

Role:

- Associate Consultant would be an integral part of the team working with the client on Strategic Engagements

- The role would involve supporting the project leader by participating in client meetings, preparing financial models, and executing presentations

- The role would also entail executing independent modules of the project

Requirements:

- A self driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset

- Previous experience in undertaking and executing independent project modules

- Conversant in Power Point Presentations and use of Excel

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Educational Background & Experience:

- MBA from among tier 1 B-schools such as ISB with under-graduation preferably from a Tier 1 College/University (IITs, IT-BHU, REC, LSR)

- 1 to 4 years experience preferably in Consulting / Analytics profiles

- Good knowledge on financial concepts with exposure in financial modelling, financial analysis with recommendations to the client
