Background of the organization:   Auctus Advisors, a fast growing management consulting firm is looking for self-motivated and qualified management consultants. The firm works closely with senior leadership and board members of diverse companies to provide strategic direction and implementation support   Position : Associate Consultant   Role:   - Associate Consultant would be an integral part of the team working with the client on strategic engagements   - The role would involve supporting the project leader by participating in client meetings, preparing financial models, and executing presentations   - The role would also entail executing independent modules of the project   Requirements:   - A self driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset   - Previous experience in undertaking and executing independent project modules   - Conversant in power point presentations and use of excel   Educational Background & Experience:   - MBA from among tier 1 B-schools like IIM, ISB, XLRI with under-graduation preferably from a tier 1 College/University (IITs, IT-BHU, REC, LSR)   - 1 - 3 years experience in consulting / analytics profiles   - Good knowledge on financial concepts with exposure in financial modelling, financial analysis with recommendations to the client   - Strong communication and interpersonal skills   Additional information :   - Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred
