Position title: Data Scientist - Risk, Marketing and Operations - Team Innovation  Location - Jaipur, India  Role Description -   Innovation Team at Au Financiers is a new, young team of talented and qualified individuals who are working towards making AU Financiers a modern, tech savvy futuristic organization.   We are looking for someone who is an exceptional analytical thinker and practical problem solver who uses data driven insights and predictive models to understand complex business questions and create opportunities that can help fine-tuning geographical expansion and customer connect strategies for the group companies.  This role will have you engaged in the design, creation, implementation, and management of predictive analytics that will leverage large set of existing customer data which includes their financial and behavioral performances, to create new insights and opportunities.   As part of a small team, where your interests and enthusiasm can have a major impact on business direction, you will innovate using a wide range of analytical tools, methods, and platforms.  Key Responsibilities  - Understanding the company data-schema and finding statistical/mathematical ways to use it for impacting company's top-line and bottom-line  -	Identify areas of interest to the business, recognizing which models and concepts should be applied  -	Acquire necessary data resources to create to implement the models  -	Cultivate the use of predictive modeling within the firm  Requirements  -	Communication - Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to form data into presentations  -	Curiosity - We are looking for people who simply love data and like solving mysteries!   -	Adaptability - Being able to work with potentially unstructured environment - incomplete data sources, disintegrated team structures and start-up like environment.  -	Qualification - Advanced Degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering, Physical Sciences, Computer Science or another quantitative discipline.  -	Experience - 2+ years work experience in the use of statistical methods in practical data analysis.  -	Technical Expertise - modern advanced analytical tools (e.g. Python, R, MATLAB etc.), understanding of relational databases, SQL for data extraction and management (MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, etc.).  -	Mindset - Independent contributor, go-get-it attitude  About Company  A Non Banking Finance Company (NBFC) headquartered at Jaipur which is funded and actively supported by leading global PE funds.
