Attero, www.attero.in , is in the business of maximizing the value of all electronics which is not sold through the primary channel means we maximize the value of end of life, end of line, seconds, surplus, carton damaged and refurbished electronics. We do this by either recycling the material through our state-of-the-art facility in Roorkee or by reconditioning/refurbishing the material and selling it through our online and offline channels.

Our Strengths:

- We are the only company in the world which operate an ewaste recycling facility at small capacities to extract metals such as gold, copper and other precious metal from electronic items. We spend heavily in metal extraction R&D.

About Atterobay:

Atterobay is India’s first online recommerce platform that allows consumers to trade in their old electronics and gadgets in an eco-friendly manner, while also giving them the best value for their e-waste. Consumers can go online and book e-waste pickups from their home. They are incentivized for their trade in electronics to further encourage them to dispose of their end of life electronics responsibly.

Job Purpose:

- This role is responsible for leading our Atterobay business strategy, buying, marketing, operations and customer service.

- The individual plays a key role in delivering business results and is accountable for forecasting and budgeting for the channel.

- This is a dynamic, high-growth eCommerce business and requires the person to lead, innovate and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

This position reports to the COO and is based out of Noida.

Responsibilities:

- Ensuring growth in number of product traded in on Atterobay.

- Overseeing overall operations of ‘Atterobay’ by delegating work and guiding key functionaries in day to day activity

- Improvising the process flow of ‘Atterobay’ right from customer orders to getting the mobiles refurbished and making them live

- Identifying the bottlenecks in overall processes and devising solutions by coordinating with various teams like QA, Customer Service, IT and Pricing

- Monitoring the product catalog on ‘Atterobay.com’ and updating it regularly by coordinating with pricing team for including newly launched models

- Maintaining an issue log where all the customer related issues will be documented and taking measures to rectify them

- Responsible for working with the sales team to ensuring that the inventories that our procured are soled within the required time.

- Also working on temporary assignments like market surveys, price checks, evaluating international sales channels for used mobiles etc.

Skills/Qualifications:

- The candidate has to have relevant experience working in eCommerce companies with a minimum experience of 4-6 years out of total years of experience.

- Must have leadership experience building and/or managing eCommerce business.

- Loves to work in true Marketing setting, passionate about testing, segmentation and targeting.

- Strong analytical and fact-based decision-making skills.

- Willingness to fully engage with IT and back end systems for implementing online marketing campaigns.

- Must have leadership experience building and/or managing eCommerce business.

- Must be data and metrics driven with a track record of performance excellence.

- Team player who is a self-starter and is able to thrive in fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

- Excellent planning, time management, collaboration and decision making skills.

- Proficient in all things Internet. Must have in-depth knowledge about the latest developments & trends in the industry.

- Premium MBA preferred; Engineers with strong analytical/business acumen can also be considered
