Someone who is qwerky, fun-loving and a downright - people person- .  What we want you to do.  - Be the single point of contact for a customer, in her/his preferred medium - be it over phone, mail or tweet. Be a friend. And friends are there during the good and the bad times.  - Our callers will have queries/clarifications/complaints/grievances - clear them. If you don- t know the answer, don- t worry, we- ll make sure you get it  - Document. Yes, we do have a CRM system and we do want you to note down your interactions. How may I help you- Yada yada yada- . - - No scripted standard dialogues!  Some Must haves and good to have  - Exceptional communication skills in English is a must.   - Kannada and Hindi speaking skills would be good to have  - 2 to 4 years of experience in call handling and customer care roles  - Prior experience working with CRM systems would be preferred  Keep in mind  We are setting up our customer service team from scratch.
