Record, compile and handling and building up teams.  - Ensures that the customer SLAs are met as part of the deliverables to the customer on continuous basis.  - Has the capability to do advance planning and risk assessment of projects and highlight to the management well in time to avoid project delays.  - It would be his sole responsibility to ensure weekly project updates are sent to the customer as well as to the internal organization management team.  - All the aspects of project management as per the PM guidelines needs to be formulated and followed for all projects.  - The KPI and KRA of the project manager would revolve around meeting the three critical components of any Project, i.e Time, Scope and Cost.  Core Capabilities:  - Team Management  - Customer Management and communication skills   Technical Skills:  - MS Projects and MS Office   - Knowledge and experience on NMS tools and SCADA systems.  - Project Management experience of Infrastructure management projects, DC Build etc.
