We are looking for an entrepreneur, not a mere employee, who wants to participate in the process of building an institution and shares our passion to perform.   - Willingness to relocate to New Delhi or Chennai and interest in working in a start-up environment is essential  Title: Lead Consultant - International Trade and Competitiveness  Desired Profile:  Requirement:  - Advanced Degree in Economics with concentration in International Economics/Foreign Policy/Globalization and Development with strong research orientation   - 5+years of experience in evaluation of trade policies and trade facilitation mechanisms, market entry strategy plans for businesses through exports and foreign investments, cross thematic issues in trade such as local skill development and logistics  Strong knowledge in the following:  - Aid-for trade programs   - SPS and product specifications   - Competitiveness and regulatory policies   - Regional trade policies  - Private sector development through trade   - Excellent presentation and communication skills  - Proven experience of 3+ years in business development and client interaction  - Strong analytical abilities and with exemplary skills in data modeling and developing monitoring and evaluation frameworks  - Prior experience of writing reports, creating client presentations and publishing research papers is essential   - Strong project management capabilities to manage multiple projects and propensity for thinking through projects in a process-oriented way  - Proficiency in foreign languages such as Spanish or French would be an asset   The candidate will be required to perform the following roles/duties:  Project delivery:   - Management of teams and work plans to deliver projects on time, on budget and to demanding technical standards  - Delivery of specific technical inputs during execution, through managing a team of analysts and consultants  - Financial and contract management  - Business Development  - Manage a portfolio of face to face business development opportunities   - Manage a team of consultants to draft key technical sections of proposals especially approach and methodology  - Manage all components of large-sized bids including technical and commercial methodologies, staffing and budget  - Lead business development efforts by exploring new avenues and markets  - Build and manage a team of professionals while providing guidance at the execution phase
