An exciting opportunity to join the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team in Mumbai. The successful candidate will work closely with the ERM Global Scenarios team in London and Z- rich to develop quantitative tools to analyze stress testing results for the group and present the results of the analysis to senior management and the Board. The key stakeholders would be the group head regulator (FINMA) as well as Board and senior management.  Job Responsibilities:   - Contribute to the analysis of stress testing results for the Group  - Develop and enhance scenario methodologies for analyzing key risks  - Distill risk information from the analysis of stress testing results, and apply quantitative techniques to derive tangible implications for business lines and the Group  - Communicate complex modeling and statistical concepts to senior levels of internal management  Qualifications and Skill sets:  Interested candidates must be able to demonstrate the following qualifications and competencies:   - Good understanding of Basel 3 capital rules  - Excellent financial modeling skills with a strong quantitative background   - Graduation from a top tier technology or management institute (IIT/IIM/NIT) preferred  - Knowledge of VBA and statistical packages (such as R) is a plus   - 5+ years of relevant experience  - Experience of investment banking products / operations  - Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
