Associate Vice President - Talent Acquisition - RPO - IT Division

Job Location: Bangalore

Profile Required

- Preferably Masters in Human Resources.

- Minimum 14 years- experience in Human Resources domain of which 6 - 7 years should be in leading recruitment projects.

- Experience in Service Delivery in the I.T domain is a must with ability and experience of handling million dollar revenue projects a year.

- Exposure of handling P&L accounts. Should understand revenue/productivity numbers

- Able to think creatively, result oriented and drives consistent vertical performance.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet SLAs / deadlines.

- Entrepreneurial approach.

- Possesses strong interpersonal, communication and Team Management skills

- Strong Operations and Project Management Skills.

Job Role:

- Managing multiple teams onsite and offshore and ensure all recruitment SLA's for the client are met.

- Meet revenue targets and take full responsibility for P&L for the account.

- Customer Relationship Management

- Basic understanding of System capabilities and application platform, operations, and delivery

- Intermediate knowledge of Client administrative environment and Processing flows, procedures.
