Job description

- The role is to lead the Asset Management practice in Research area.

- This role requires the person to be well versed with Asset Management solutions and process. The person should have very good communication skill, project management skill, ability to present ideas to senior management and a technical and innovative mind set. The candidate should be able to think out of the box to solve problems.

- Work closely with our clients to understand and assess their systems and processes.

- The role also involves managing multiple clients, operations and people management and adhering to the

KPIs/SLAs.

- Provide customized consultative and automated frameworks for asset management clients.

- Collaborate with the clients to design, streamline, and automate reports from different systems and business units

- Build, manage and supervise team members (onshore & offshore) sitting in different locations and different time zones while working on various projects.

SKILL SET

- 10 to 12 years of experience in relevant markets

- In-depth understanding of Asset Management Industry, with strong consulting background.

- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience in process consulting and automation.

- Ability to identify and solve issues effectively on time, eye for detail.

- Managing/Collaborating with team members sitting in different locations.

Education and experience

- Masters degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Engineering is a must.

- Candidates with consulting background with specific experience in process consulting and automation will be preferred

Compensation
