This team is responsible for:  - Business Solutions - Work on adhoc solutions for issues across business desks  - Generating MIS reports for the weekly Operational Control Meeting  - Generating presentation packs for COO's of various products  - Helping the COO team and Market Supervision Team with respect to their day to day functions. Work with the   COO's to generate various reports.  - Work on on-going projects in the team  - Preparation of Management Reports  - Administration of data, process flows and documentation  - Production of statistical assessments and presentations  - Process Improvements through VBA and SQL  Main Duties and Responsibilities  - Responsibilities include but are not limited to  - Leading the Macro Verifications team   - Managing daily deliverables,  - Meeting all agreed SLAs  - Conducting performance appraisals  - Guide the team in the right direction  - Working with very senior managers (Directors and MDs) globally on a daily basis  - Tracking outstanding Issues across different Infrastructure teams within Capital Markets  - Responsible for Coding, Enhancing, Improvising and maintaining the current DB application  - Extensive Interaction with senior COOs (Directors and MDs) and various product heads in regions to keep track of pending operational risk control issues.   - Extensive follow up and tracking of latest updates on various outstanding issues and update the Global COO of ECP during review meetings   - Timely escalation of the pending issues to the issue owners/regional COO's.  - Business Solutions - Work on adhoc solutions for issues across business desks  - Generating MIS reports for the weekly Operational Control Meeting  - Generating presentation packs for COO's of various products  - Helping the COO team and Market Supervision Team with respect to their day to day functions. Work with the COO's to generate various reports.  - Work on on-going projects in the team  - Preparation of Management Reports  - Administration of data, process flows and documentation  - Production of statistical assessments and presentations  - Process Improvements through VBA and SQL  Candidate will be required to:  - Be the solutions provider for the team and help them resolve conceptual and technical issues  - Conceptualize MIS reports for Markets Risk and Control team and present it to senior management for approval   - Work extensively with various infrastructure teams to provide solutions for existing and new issues  - Responsible for creating efficiencies in existing processes   - Automation of various tasks/reports using Excel/VBA/SQL/QlikView  - Working with Regional, Global and Desk COO's across investment banking front office divisions  - Excellent Leadership skills  - Relevant experience in managing and leading a similar team  - Driving the team to deliver on set goals and targets  - Excellent Eye for Detail as the person it expected to work and analyze large sets of data and would have access to complex systems that are used for various global MIS reports  - Excellent communication skills as the person is required to communicate with senior stakeholders and management team in Investment Banking vertical  - Excellent in Power point presentations and advance Microsoft Excel  - Flexible to work long hours when required  - Excellent VBA / SQL skills  - Excellent Analytical Skills as the person is expected to perform analysis and arrive at possible solutions for global risk and control team  - Aptitude for self learning  - Thorough Working Experience of Capital Markets and Operational Risk process  - Excellent understanding of the financial products across business (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives)  - Ambitious and Proactive in nature.
