Job Description :
- Identifying and developing the network of partners/ vendors for the HR Product sales
- Acquisitions of new clients for HR SAAS product sales
- Identifying & managing key clients for potential business development towards high value customers and strategically securing profitable business with recurring orders
- Spearheading business development in West & South Region
- Interacting with key influencer among internal customer for ascertaining requirements, making presentation and delivering need based product solutions
Required Skills :
- Minimum 12 years experience
- Prior experience of selling any of the HR Product
- Has managed channel sales partner
- Have worked in a target oriented environment
