Role Overview: Associate Vice President - Business Development - Digital Services  The AVP- Business Development - Digital Services will be an Individual contributor in adding new business opportunity in named tier 1 account.The role will be to ensure revenue centric direct sales growth taking personal responsibility for building client brand  Responsibilities:  - A disruptive hunter sales to open up new business in a named tier I insurance company  - Maintain senior level client relationships with a consultative and solution oriented selling style  - Create proactive pitches to client through deep understanding of client needs  - Qualify opportunities judiciously to focus the right resources on the opportunity  - Guide the deal team in shaping opportunities with a focus on winning them  - Meet and exceed sales revenue/ TCV targets, prepare accurate pipeline activity reports.  - Identify potential leads independently (or with others) through networking  - Deal and contract management; develop and negotiate contracts; and understanding of financial models.  - Analyze customer trends, implications and develop strategies while maintaining tactical sales targets.  - Work closely with all internal stakeholders: delivery, sales management, operations, legal in the pursuit of client satisfaction and delivery profitability.  - Stay up to date on all market trends and competitor intelligence.  Desired Profile :   - Ability to manage multiple concurrent sales opportunities.  - Ability to consider the wider picture of design business as part of customer strategies  - Impressive track record of selling digital design services, in best case earlier sales responsibility (e.g., been working on digital design agency before)  - Strong User Experience, Web or Service Design understanding, Digital Design business domain expertise (3+ years) preferred.  - Have proven record in implementing digital services and the discipline to follow through the lifecycle of new business development.  - Design driven account management experience (3+ years) would be an advantage.  - Ability to inspire clients and especially make them realize when digital disruption can be turned to opportunities  - Must be able to coordinate client RFP requests  - Willingness to travel upto 70% of the time.  - Graduate and/or Post Graduate degree in management with minimum 12 to 15 years of experience in the information technology space, including 8 years sales and account management experience with at least couple of years in Digital Services - digital marketing/ecommerce New Business Development.  Reporting To: Vice President - Global Clients Partner.  Location: New York / New Jersey.  Compensation upto 150K USD $ + bonus.
