Associate: Strategic Projects - Fast growing technology product company  Our client, one of the fastest growing technology product company operating in a global hospitality industry with customers spanning over 30 countries, is looking to hire an   Associate - Strategic Projects  Key Responsibility Areas:  As an Associate: Strategic Projects, you will work closely with our management team tocontribute to company's global growth by identifying growth opportunities and executing specific projects  Role:  - Identify and analyze latest industry/technology trends and submit reports on new growth opportunities  - Collect data required to conduct business analysis, design reporting infrastructure, and work on dashboard development  - Model data in order to create quantitative models including forecast, operational, financial, and statistical models of business dynamics  - Recommend changes to existing products, policies, and processes that improve overall performance and economics  - Execute special strategic projects  Experience:  - B-Tech/B.E. and MBA from leading institutes  - Overall 5 yrs+ experience with at least 2 yrs in similar role  - Strong project management, interpersonal and organisational skills  - Strong Spreadsheet, statistical, quantitative modeling, and forecasting skills  - Excellent analytical skills, as well as exceptional written and verbal communication skills  - Experience in technology industry preferred  Qualification:  - B.Tech + MBA from leading institutes  Personal Attributes:  - Strong communication and interpersonal skills  - Strong analytical skills  - Strong attention to detail
