Associate - Sovereign Fund

- A Leading Sovereign Fund is looking at strategy professionals for managing their portfolio and all aspects of deals.

- The fund is sector agnostic and is looking at an Associate/VP with minimum 3 years of experience with a Top Tier strategy firm.

We offer :

- The Candidate will work actively with the management team through the entire deal cycle, including Sourcing, Analysis, Transaction closure and Portfolio monitoring.

- Work on the Investment Memo and the financial modeling. Work closely with the Management team to structure the deal and draft the term sheet

- Portfolio Monitoring - Monthly reporting of performance and compliance with standards and interaction with the portfolio companies on regular and need basis

You offer :

- MBA from a top 10 B-school in the United States or from IIM / ISB's in India

- 3-7 years of strategy / investment experience preferred, with at least 3 years of strategy experience with Top tier strategy firm

- Should possess good quantitative and analytical skills, should have strong attention to detail, should have excellent communication skills

Market leading CTC + bonus+ carry share will be offered.
