We have an opening with a Law firm for the profile of General corporate, Mergers and Acquisition, Private Equity,

Location : Mumbai

Education : L.L.B (Masters if any)

Designation : Associate / Sr. Associate

Experience : 3 years and more

Job Description :

- Candidate should have hands on experience into general corporate advisory, M&A and joint ventures, Private equity, Insurance etc

- He is Advising multiple corporations, both Indian and foreign, in relation to the establishment, operation and management of companies in India.

- Along with the focus in the sector, advised on transactions in other financial services sector such as credit information, banking, mutual funds, credit cards and payment and settlement systems.

- Other M&A experience in the sectors like civil aviation, real estate, fast moving commercial goods and manufacturing (if any would be preferred)

- We also have various other openings in different verticals like of Banking & finance, Capital Markets, Project Finance with the same Law firm.
