Objective :   To play an integral role in the M&A Advisory efficient Origination and execution of transactions.   Education :   MBA from a premier institute/CA or CFA with relevant work experience 2008 to 2010 pass out   Responsibilities & Tasks :   ( Key Responsibilities & tasks carried out by the Position in line with Job Objective )   - Having Strong financial modelling skill   - Providing transaction support with regard to analysis (including creation of notes and presentation), valuation, financial modelling, documentation and regulatory review.   - Ensure effective execution for deals - Become a single point of contact to run projects with reasonable amount of independence and guidance from seniors   - Brainstorm ideas, solutions and proposals within the teams.
