Sales and Marketing Associate in an emerging Hyperlocal startup  Looking to hire a Sales and Marketing Associate for a Fresh food technology platform based in Delhi NCR. The associate will play a crucial role in promoting our offerings to end consumers and promoting the brand. The Company has been operational for over 1 year and received Series A funding from a leading institution in July 2015. The Company has a vision to emerge as India's leading platform for - perishable and fresh produce.   This is a very hands-on position and perfect for someone looking to grow professionally.   Roles & Responsibilities :   - Customer acquisition and retention : Effectively implement online and offline strategies for customer acquisition and retention  - Work directly with the CEO of the Company to promote the brand and enhance sales by acquiring new customers   - Marketing/Brand Awareness activities : Plan and Develop brand awareness strategies, category wise marketing promotions, events participation, ATL, BTL as well as online/digital marketing activities  - Customer Relationship Management : Manage and analyse customer feedback to improve customer experience and drive repeat orders  - Internal & External Communications : Good presentation and communication skills to ensure consistent brand communication and a seamless customer experience  Skills :   - MBA from a Top tier institution; Exceptional candidates with Bachelors degree will also be considered  - Prior experience in sales and customer acquisition   - Strong aptitude and comfort in numbers/target oriented goals and delivery against them   - Ability to work independently or in small teams  - Ability to professionally and effectively deliver presentations in various audience formats- both 1-on-1 as well as larger groups  - High level of interpersonal communication skills to accurately convey information  - Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment
