Job Description - Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for :
- Set effective business strategy/plan to move business ahead and achieve the set objectives across India
- Manage and control the sales budget
- Undertake market segmentation, forecast future growth and plan sales activities to achieve sales target
- Collaborate with Product Managers for generating sales with new and existing clients
- Analyze sales statistics and set out a strategic plan to optimize market potential
- Develop and execute effective annual marketing programs that build the brand in the long run and achieve targeted results as specified in the current year budget
The Successful Candidate :
- Must come with a minimum of 12 years experience in sales and business development in the medical devices/implants or pharmaceutical industries.
- The candidate must be heading business sales operations in the current organization and should be handling high value projects and key clients and should be responsible for the complete P&L for the business unit.
- People management is a must for the role and applicants should have considerable experience in handling large teams.
