- Responsible for deal origination, analysis, negotiations, due diligence and structuring of Real Estate investment transactions, Investment Committee Memoranda, Portfolio Company monitoring and investment exits.

- Managing relationships with leading developers and investment bankers in India for active deal ideation and origination.

- Excellent knowledge of the Bangalore micro market - developers, funds etc

- Staying current with changing regulations in FDI, Real Estate, Tax and other related market intelligence

- Actively involved in new Fund raising, investors communication and interactions
