Role & Responsibilities:  Manage online research projects from start-to-end by defining project scope, developing detailed project plans and milestones, assigning task to individuals, managing and escalating project risks.  Set up and implement new and on-going projects by providing timely status reports, conducting project analysis and giving recommendations. Proactively identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans.  Ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget and meet client's requirements. Deliver all tasks necessary for successful project completion.  Responsible for day to day management of online research projects and accountable for team's work for various business units within the PDM Group.  Should have strong working knowledge of survey scripting tool Nebu and data processing tool Askia Analyse.  Person Specification:  Minimum 6-7 years experience working for a Market Research company; managing a team of survey programmers and data processing team.  Experience in handling multi-country projects and international clients.  Proven ability to simultaneously manage multiple online projects.  Attention to detail; quality focused and aim towards producing zero error deliverables.  Must possess hands-on experience working on Web tools and technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS and Photo editing softwares (GIMP, Photoshop etc.)  Should have expertise in using Microsoft tools such as Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel and Word  Good verbal and written communication skills.
