ABOUT THE CLIENT:  Our client has an established multi-asset class platform comprising Private Equity, Infrastructure and Real Estate. The three distinct asset classes offer a range of risk return profiles to our investors.  POSITION OVERVIEW:  The employee would be responsible for implementation of the client's Real Estate fund operations and investor relations program. The employee would serve as the central point of contact for investors (existing as well as potential), distributors and other service providers for the Real Estate Fund.   The employee would need to stay abreast of investor concerns/issues of interest and general market perceptions/ misperceptions about the fund. The employee would be an integral part of a well-coordinated and synergistic common investor relations division supporting the investment businesses.  SKILLS REQUIRED:  - Excellent academic track record  - Good intellectual and analytical abilities, with an ability to synthesize both financial and non-financial information  - Strong written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to write clearly, concisely and effectively  - Fluent in spoken English and Hindi  - Sound interpersonal skills, including the ability to tactfully engage with investors, especially high networth & other VIP investors  - Well organised and detail oriented, with strong multi-tasking skills  - Ability to work in a team with a self-starter attitude for various deliverables
