Associate Manager - Real Estate Valuations/Real Estate Due Diligence

Following will brief you about the roles & responsibilities involved :

- Work on and manage engagements on real estate advisory, valuation (using Argus etc.) and due diligence.

- Engagements include financial analyses, cash flow modeling, property/portfolio modeling, loan portfolio underwriting, market due diligence, asset valuations, real estate appraisals, etc.

- Various property types include multi-family residential, office, retail, hotel, warehouse, industrial, mixed-use, infrastructure, and special-use properties.

- Manage a team of 4-6 TRE professionals.

Job requirements

To qualify, a candidate must have:

- A post graduation particularly in finance background - MBA/CA/CFA.

- A direct experience of 6-8 years in real estate sector such as commercial real estate loan underwriting, acquisition due diligence, real estate valuation, asset management, finance, or market research.

- Experience in financial modeling, including experience building models in MS Excel and related software. Experience using Argus and Access desired.
