There is an urgent opening for People Advisor Associate Manager in an IT Co. in Bangalore !  Designation : People Advisor Associate Manager  Location : Bangalore  Candidate's Profile :  - MBA (Full Time from reputed university) is a must.  - Candidate is responsible for designing HR policies which include Compensation & Benefits, Processes & Global Programs, Rewards & Recognition Programs.  - Relevant Experience between 5-10 Years is compulsory.  - Annual Salary should not be less than 8 Lacs.  - People Advisor Associate Manager   Job Summary :  The HR Representative - Senior Specialist :  - Provides general human resources support for assigned personnel and/or assigned projects or units to include staffing retention orientation,career development,performance management, compensation, employee relations and communications.  - Ensures that HR policies and practices are consistent with company standards and are correctly communicated and implemented. environment and to determine, develop and execute innovative solutions to address work priorities where applicable  - The HR Representative will provide guidance and support to resolve supply or demand issues and will provide input into resource planning activities.  Supports a group of 150+ individuals across entities or geographies or workforces and supervises 1-3 HR Representative - Specialist and below located in the same office or country.  Performance Management and Professional Development :  - Implement and execute major Human Resources processes working with the team of HR Representative Generalists .e.g. annual and midyear promotions annual performance management compensation and salary administration. according to geographic or entity guidelines.  - Coordinate Partner and AP performance management processes as requested e.g. Partner unit awards and AP variable pay under direct guidance from leadership support career counselors and supervisors in the area of career development.  - Coordinate on-going performance feedback processes by providing regular guidance and training on delivering and receiving feedback contributing to and reviewing formal input discussing personnel issues,  - Employee Relations and Employee Transitions serve as an escalation point for personnel and employee relations issues and provide support and recommendations as needed to resolve personnel issues  - Educate executives and HR Reps on HR policy ensure compliance to the company's policies.  - Coordinate the integration of new joiners.  - Support the termination process by coordinating discussions ensuring appropriate documentation conducting or coordinating exit interviews and elevating and or or addressing any resulting issues.  - Monitor all personnel changes from initial request through approval and implementation, location transfers,entity transfers,workforce transfers,other personnel transactions, resource planning if applicable.  - Monitor supply of personnel by ensuring HR Representative maintain personnel information in all appropriate systems   - Monitor actual headcount new hires attrition vs. plan   - Report on capacity chargeability and availability; analyze trends and make recommendations and follow through with actions.  - Coordinate resource management process to ensure the appropriate resource supply to address forecasted business demands.  - Continually update resource plan and assumptions as business forecasts and actuals are updated throughout the year.  - Recommend sourcing strategy to drive workforce usage or mix plans recruiting or joiner plans and borrowing or loaning plans.  - Coordinate headcount plans to drive promotions transfers and attrition both managed and unmanaged decisions.  - Fulfil demand for personnel for one or more assigned clients and ensure client satisfaction from the project team.  - Provide recommendations to engagement executives in defining and filling resource requirements including counselling on resource mix pyramids contractor usage outside availability etc.  - Identify and evaluate candidates for open resource requests and work with engagements to modify requests if candidates are not available.  - Facilitate inclusive scheduling process and participate in scheduling decision-making escalation processes as appropriate.  - Oversee supply and demand of assigned personnel by consistently reviewing chargeability and availability and following up as needed and raising issues as appropriate.  - Build and maintain strong relationships with executives and supervisors at assigned engagements through regular meetings establishing dedicated time for impromptu discussions etc.  - Determine appropriate search criteria and execute the search for faculty assignments and replacements.  - Monitor skill gaps with leadership execute plans for skill development areas and support HR Representative Generalists in identification of people to attend training  - Provide support to community activities including coaching on customers communication plan.  - If Interested, please apply with your updated resume  Also mention following details :  Total Work Experience : Relevant Work Experience in Designing HR policies : Current CTC : Expected CTC : Notice Period : Reason for leaving last job :
