Detailed Job Description:

Compliance with the Company Law and allied Corporate Laws. Should have experience in handling board meetings, committee meeting and general meetings of companies. Should be familiar with listing agreement compliances, handing of IPO, QIP, Rights issue and other placement of securities.

Qualification and experience in handling legal, bank financing documentation, exposure to international law corporate compliances would be added advantage.
