The role includes expertise and mastery in brand building, brand advocacy, earned awareness and brand reputation protection.  Description of role:  The successful candidate will be responsible to lead and execute local brand communications plans mainly for India (Specific Category). Amongst the focus areas: Brand building activities (strategic consultancy to the regional team to ensure local fit for use plans and assets, PR activities, influencer programs), issue and crisis management and prevention, industry association and sustainability.   Roles & Responsibilities:  - Provide feedback to design regional Communications team to ensure Fit For Use toolboxes and strategies and plans  - Ensure local adaptation of PR Design toolboxes, execute with excellence and track results  - Lead local PR agencies and ensure effective collaboration for BIC results  - Identify and manage key influencers with the help of the PR agency  - Prevent and manage issues and crisis across Category brands (in 1 or more countries)  - Lock Communications delivery plans and budget  - Manage local Communications budget for 100% stewardship compliance  - Be fully integrated with the regional multifunctional team (mainly Brand Delivery and Design) and local country team to ensure best in class collaboration, synergy and alignments  Qualifications  Educational Qualification:  Bachelor and Master degrees - required  Majors: Liberal Arts, Science, Commerce, Computer Science/IT  We are looking for an experienced candidate (3-5 years) with solid foundation of project management within a multifunctional team, mastery on public relations (mainly brand PR, corporate is a plus), and experience in managing PR agencies, influencers, media experts and editors. FMCG.  Skills required/relevant work-ex:  Leadership and Passion for Winning. As a key player in the multifunctional team, the person will need to lead with courage to engage and energise others on winning brand building influencer plans. Strategies and plans will only come to life if the person truly champions its ideas internally and externally, and across agencies.  Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills will be critical to work effectively with a variety of functions and levels in the India office and remotely.
