Job Description for Treasury and Capital Management - Regulatory Reporting   Business Unit Overview :  The Regulatory Reporting, Planning and Projects function is responsible for internal capital adequacy monitoring and external regulatory reporting for client's regulated entities. Outside the reporting function, regulatory planning supports global businesses to manage their capital usage within the client Legal entities efficiently. The planning area also plays a vital role in ensuring the client entities are adequately capitalized in view of the changing regulatory landscape and client's global business growth ambitions. client also undertaken a programme to gain key regulatory model approvals, and the regulatory team will have an important role in ensuring these get delivered on time. In addition, regulatory rule changes and business growth will continue to drive new system integration, which will impact the day-to day roles of the regulatory reporting team  Analysis of Counterparty credit risk and market risk for client's EMEA entities.  - Validating data (Front office and risk systems) used for Regulatory Capital calculations.  - Presenting numbers to finance management and resolving audit issues.  - Building control framework to ensure accuracy  Position Specifications :  Corporate Title : Associate  Functional Title : Manager / AVP  Experience : 7+ years (At least 3 years relevant experience)  Qualification : CA / CFA / FRM / MBA  Role & Responsibilities :  - Credit and Market risk calculations for RWA calculations  - Analyzing variances at counterparty, trade level and providing commentary  - Ensuring accurate netting and collateral utilization  - Promotes continuous improvement and innovation in others and ensures the best ideas get translated into action.  - Implements quality assurance practices to ensure accuracy, quality and timeliness of output
