Associate - Legal Commodities Role - Investment Bank

We are looking for an Associate - Legal Commodities Role for a leading investment bank. Job Location is Bangalore.

Responsible for :

Providing legal support to the conduct of the commodities trading business; in particular, derivatives, securities and physical transactions of energy, emissions, metals, gas, power, coal, freight and agricultural product

Minimum 4 years of experience.

Experience gained in private practice or in-house involving commodities or related financial markets band associated master documentation

OR

Excellent project finance/Debt Capital experience in a top tier Law Firms.
