Job Responsibilities :

- Nature of work involves conducting due diligence, drafting, reviewing, negotiating a wide range of contracts including employment, services, confidentiality and joint ventures.

- Actively associated with the Litigation team wherein nature of work involves drafting of plaints for the Delhi High Court and attending court hearings.

- Candidate must having experience in drafting and vetting of IPR Litigation related documents. Interested candidate may share profile.
