Investment Management - Associate (2 vacancies)

Work Location: Bangalore

Principal Duties :

- Accountable for Partner satisfaction and service experience with the organization above all

- Assist Partners with personal portfolio management, redemption request and detailed overview of the positions taken

- Review and understand the organizational structure of the Indian Markets - e.g. duties of an Investment Advisor as per SEBI regulations, comprehend the legal structure of various market participants etc.

- Ensure compliance with daily fund accounting procedures and controls

- Idea generation and ongoing assessment and improvement of the operational service model

- Maintain and grow a healthy partnership between Minance and its Partners which in turn enables the Partners to achieve their goals

QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS :

- Needs to possess a degree related to the financial sphere

- Experience gained from working with asset managers, fund administrators, public accountancy firms, prime brokers or securities servicing firms, etc.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office

- Strong understanding of market micro structures, fee calculations, trading strategies, documentation and financial instruments

- Strong knowledge of Indian Markets and the international financial sphere

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

- Understanding Partner needs and requirements and ability to trouble-shoot and problem solve

- Ability to find opportunities to utilize / use firm resources to achieve client satisfaction

- Ability to handle pressure effectively

- Execute sound judgment on assessment and advancing risk

- Ability to communicate effectively across cultures

- Strong organizational skills
