JD:-

- Building detailed financial models across sectors for various PE and M&A projects from scratch.

- Clarity of thought and the ability to understand the clients business and economics.

- Preparing detailed Information Memorandums showcasing clients business and capabilities to solicit investment.

- Ability to work with minimum supervision and be self-motivated.

- The incumbent will get significant front-end exposure in managing the client and investors independently as may be required.

- Experience in hand holding mid-market Indian corporate to collate data and information and prepare transaction collateral.

- Business origination capabilities will be a bonus, but not mandatory.

Qualities Must : Good with Ms Excel / Power Point, etc.

Qualification:- CA/CFA/MBA

Min working experince in IB 2 year's
