Associate - Global Markets - Fixed Income Electronic Markets Team - Investment Bank

Role description:

- Partner with sales and trading to grant and re-configure client access on dealer to client electronic trading platforms.

- Liaising with technology and operations departments to manage and resolve electronic trading issues.

- Partner with product managers, sales, trading and technology to assist in the delivery of electronic trading product enhancements.

- Use of internal and external reporting tools to provide transparency to sales and trading of electronic trading performance, market share and profitability.

- Provide support for regulatory related control functions (trade reporting / monitoring).

Key objectives critical to success:

- Ensuring that the organization's clients are granted electronic trading access in accordance with agreed procedures, policies and regulations.

- Implementing/redefining processes and procedures to improve efficiency and control.

- Partner with product managers, sales, trading and technology to assist in the delivery of electronic trading product enhancements.

- Oversight of the organization's trade reporting responsibilities.

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required

- Any graduate B.Com/ B.Sc/ IT. or post-graduate MBA/ CA with experience in below skills

- Minimum 5/6 years of experience working on fixed income products

- Knowledge of Fixed income products (Rates, credit, structured products, etc )would be helpful

- Proficient in Bloomberg operations

- Excellent team work and communication skills.

- Proven problem solving ability and analytical skills.

- Excellent organisational skills and experience of implementing change.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and interact with all levels of individuals in the business.

- Advanced excel skills are advantageous.

- Clear understanding of electronic trading platforms and protocols and vendor platforms is advantageous.
