Retail Presales lead - Associate General Manager

- Looking for a leaders from ITES / KPO / Strategic Management and consulting firms with strong expertise in handling presales and solutioning in the retail / CPG sectors. Proven expertise working in large complex deals

- Should have been instrumental in winning large deals and playing a role of an SME in providing solutions in complex environment.

- A domain expert with hands on expertise in handling RFP/RFI/RFQs, end to end solution architect and accountable for client engagement at executive management level.

- Experience

- At least 10-12 Years- experience in Leading BPO / KPO with at least 5 years of experience in Pre Sales and Solutions role.

- Strong domain understanding in Retail / CPG Space

- Very good Customer facing experience

Qualification

- Post Graduate - MBA

Others:

- Good understanding of Market for Retail CPG in BPO

- Strong Communication skills (written and verbal)

- Possess Leadership skills to Interface with key stakeholders and develop and grow the footprint

- Project management skills and know-how along with transition would be an advantage
