Associate required for a global PE fund having a equity research background  RESPONSIBILITIES  Identify, analyze and evaluate potential investment opportunities   Manage transaction structuring, negotiations, and due diligence (both in-house and external)   Review and work with portfolio companies, i.e. market trends, exit strategies, etc.   Communicate analysis and recommendations in regular and ad-hoc research reports   Work to continually develop your skills and knowledge in order to add new dimensions to your modelling and analysis and have the confidence to make recommendations   DESIRED PROFILE  Equity Research background having 2 - 4 yrs of experience  Strong analytical skills  Fundamentally strong in terms of valuation and financial analysis  Background : CA / IIT   Sound financial modelling skills  Excellent communication and writing skills  Sound knowledge of investment environment and fundraising
