KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- MBA pass out with 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Preferred prior experience domains: FMCG/CPG or Marketing Analytics
- Should have a knack for storytelling and problem solving. Ability to break down a bigger problem into manageable chunks and finding logical solutions for this is the most important requirement
- Good written and oral communication skills. Should be able to talk to client and other teams independently on day to day basis
- Should have sound project management skills covering areas like budgeting/costing, planning, day to day execution, communication, co-ordination and managing leakages
- Excellent ownership and quality of deliverable.
- Should have some prior experience in handling a small team
- Should have understanding of various consumer data (Sales, Media, Trackers, Survery etc) with prior experience in working with some tool like SQL, R, SPSS, SAS
- Should be able to work under pressure to deliver high quality results
- Should have good PowerPoint and Excel Skills
Project Management:
- Get briefs from clients / onsite, prepare approach plan to solve the brief, estimate time and costs as per approach plan.
- Manage daily delivery with Analysts independently with minimal reviews from Manager.
Team management:
Manage direct reportees - train, guide supervise and do fair appraisals of resources.
Ensure team discipline and work quality.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE (PREFERRED):
- Knowledge of Software Development lifecycle and/or Project Management systems.
- Hands-on experience working with large data-sets, SQL or information systems or Software Development or IT/IS experience & certifications will be preferred.
