- Responsible for complete 360 degree Planning and Execution of Category Building Activity and Campaigns
- Responsible for the complete Category Planning Process - Formats, timelines, plans, in sightings and tracking
- Profit and loss responsibility at Category Level
- Developing Annual brand plan in partnership with management and sales team
- Work on developing Brand Positioning for MBFPL from ground up
- Prepared and monitored all marketing and sales activities along with Brand Promotion activities
NPD : Developed, Planned and Executed Product Launch Plan across various Medium
- Involved in Planning Trade Programmes on national level for developing New Markets
- Monitoring Brand performance against internal marketing targets
- Brought about improved performance in sales team by streamlining Category systems and processes
Work closely with various stakeholders :
- R&D, legal, packaging, trade marketing and S&D team.
- Managing Creative agencies and building communication mix. Evaluate new vendors and constantly look for new ideas or mechanisms that can help drive business
- Willing to travel onsite as and when required.
