Associate Director - Supply Chain Planning & Engineering for an eCommerce company

Job Brief :

- To guide and lead the end to end Supply Chain Planning, Engineering and Project Execution teams comprising of functional experts from FC, Transportation and Last Mile

- To develop innovative supply chain solutions and standardized process operating templates to achieve consistent business results

- Keep a 3-5 year view of e2e Supply Chain Design while building any blueprint process

- Convert existing manual process steps into 100% system steps

- Work closely with Product team to align process design and product design

- Formulating Supply Chain Strategy

Must have knowledge / hands on :

- Deep understanding of various aspects of supply chain design

- Strong collaboration skill - ability to work with and influence multiple stakeholder such as Operation, Operational Excellence, Strategy, Technology, Strong People Leader

Minimum Education : B.Tech/MBA from Tier 1/2 colleges
