- Customer returns if managed properly, can provide much better value recovery and in turn ensures significant impact on organization bottomline and allows us to continue on lenient return policies.
- Returns being one of the niche area, provides a massive opportunity to solve the unsolved problems at ecosystem level.
- Returns is treated as business unit in itself and has its own P&L, which is much bigger than many of the small categories. Value Recovery team plays a significant role in impacting and contributing towards the returns P&L.

- Building effective and aggressive team
- Increasing realization value from sales of "customer returned products", QC rejects and dead inventory
- Setting targets for self and team, with strong understanding on business and liquidation domain
- Tracking daily progress with the distributed team, making sure targets are not only met but also beaten on consistent basis
- Interaction with categories/business for liquidation planning
- Strong business understanding and can link plans effectively with business priorities
- Building redundant high-quality vendor networks across regions
- Champions the ecosystem, comes out with innovative ideas.
Education: MBA(Marketing/Operations) from Premier institute
