Job title : Associate Director - Project Management   - Taking care of complete operations of the projects  - Tendering, Project Cost estimate Preparations and Budgeting.  - Contract Management and Client Management.  - Managing Shared resources across all projects.  - Identifying and developing project management methodology, best practices and standards.  - Conduct project audits to monitor compliance with project management standards, policies, procedures and templates  - Accountable for completeness, correctness and effectiveness of Project Schedules, Costing of projects.  - Responsible for real time tracking of project schedule, reporting the progress with respect to schedule, providing timely alerts for possible delays of the project and suggesting recovery plans as needed.  - Monitoring health of the projects in terms of cost, time and reporting the same at various levels through MIS  - Establish and improve processes to suit the implementation of ERP Modules.  - Coordinate and conduct meetings with various departments and ensure resolution of interface problems if any.  Qualification : Civil Engineering
