About Our Client :

Our client is one of the largest asset management firms with their presence across the world. Currently, they are looking to recruit Associate Director Procurement and Governance based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR.

Job Description :

Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will be responsible for :

- Developing the global procurement systems and policies along with handling the risk and compliance

- Handling the entire change management/business transformation process by aligning the procurement across functions globally

- Managing the procurement across various categories globally

- Managing a team of professionals with responsibility for their growth and development in the organization

- Working closely with different business heads to ensure the smooth flow of operations

The Successful Applicant :

You will be a professional with more 10 years of experience in strategic sourcing, business transformation, change management, project handling, etc. ideally in Services/Consulting industries. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication, leadership skills and global exposure.
