Our client is a reputed Big 4 consulting firm with significant growth plans for the India region. They are looking for a subject matter expert in Operational Risk domain for Banking & Financial Services sector to drive green field projects in South India.

Job Description:

As an Associate Director, you will be reporting to a Partner and will be responsible for:

- Driving and managing Operational Risk project for Banking clients in South India

- Heading and managing the Internal Audit and Compliance for the projects

- Managing stakeholder relationships, and propagating the use of the Industry Best Practices

- Client engagement and managing the service delivery of the projects

The Successful Candidate:

- You will have a MBA from a top tiered B-School with over 10 years of experience in Risk Consulting across Operational Risk, Internal Audit and Compliance primarily for the Banking sector.

- Additionally, you will have experience in driving green field projects in Risk Consulting with a Big 4 firm.

- You will have a hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of the Operational Risk domain along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- You will have the ability to influence and drive stakeholders and be adaptive particularly to cultural diversity.
