Associate Director - Office Space Leasing - Real Estate

We are hiring for "Associate Director"for Office Space Leasing.

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for formulating and executing the strategic (leasing and pricing) plans for leasing of the millions sqft IT/ITes-SEZ project under development in assign territory and also leasing the existing IT & SEZ projects / spaces in Metros.

- Also responsible for establishing, developing, and managing relationships with brokers, current & potential tenants and working closely with the marketing team for effective branding & positioning of projects.

- To establish leasing processes, documentation, standards and policies for effective functioning, in line with corporate growth requirements and market opportunities
