Associate Director - Insurance Practice Development
JD :
- Lead Practice Development Architect for the Insurance practice
- Own and drive Practice Development Initiatives around productized offerings, Analytics, Automation and BPaaS
- Collaborate with Market Leads and build new offerings within the focus areas identified for Productized Offerings
- Project manage practice development activities around Analytics and Automation penetration in new and existing Insurance accounts
- Drive build-out of BPaaS offerings for identified P&C and L&A areas
- Provide marketing support
- Support development of White-papers, Marketing collaterals for Practice Development
- Build reusable collateral and contribute to the knowledge repository.
- Maintain networks and relationships to keep abreast of competitors- activities and develop and maintains effective business relationships in the industry.

Qualifications :
Mandatory : Graduate in Relevant skills or Other professional qualifications and/or Masters in Management or Business Administration
Nice to Have : Industry certifications - AICPCU, LOMA etc.

Experience :
- 12-15 years of overall experience and should be from the Insurance Solutioning space mandatorily.
- Should have managed GTM initiatives for new Insurance BPS offerings.
- Mandatory exposure as lead solution architect on large to mid- size deals; in P&C or Life & Annuities
- Onshore and Insurance consulting experience will be a preference as will exposure to Insurance Analytics, Automation and BPaaS
- Mandatory: Experience in business development and/or customer relationship management, consulting or pre-sales & solutions in the insurance BPO space.
- Exposure to Project Management
- Understanding of technology and how it enables solutions
- Experience in automation and tool based solutions for US carriers
