- The Associate Director, Human Resources (Group Enterprise) will partner the Business Units (BU) Heads to ensure that the HR policies, practices and resources are in alignment with the overall business and corporate objectives. The incumbent will also work in tandem with the respective Centre of Excellence (COEs) and Shared Services to implement strategic HR initiatives pertaining to recruitment, compensation, talent management and succession planning.  - Responsible for the effective delivery of full spectrum HR- Recruitment, retention, performance management, compensation, talent management, succession planning, learning and development.  - Provide HR advisory to support management/line managers on HR matters to achieve the BU's operational and strategic objectives.  - Anticipate and meet the HR needs of business leaders and devise program(s) where necessary to meet the needs. This will also include HR policies and practices reviews and implementation.  - Responsible for the budget management - Headcount and staff cost of the Business Group including annual and mid-year forecast. Also responsible for the monthly, quarterly dashboard updates, management reports and analytics.  - Drive a high performance culture ensuring that the leadership are appraised of their roles and support the managers where necessary in the performance management of their teams.  - Drive employee engagement initiatives including communication, team meetings, feedback sessions, recognition programs etc.  - Partner the MDs/VPs on organization structure reviews and follow through on the execution.  - Negotiate, consult and collaborate with the union in respect of the collective agreement and all staff matters.  - Drive and implement learning and development programs and training to ensure training meets business requirements.  Required Skills & Experience :  Minimum 10 years experience in HR Management with at least 5 years leading HR Team  - Strong HR technical skills - You will have developed your career with HR functions rising through the ranks  - Abreast on HR practices and technologies  - Practical knowledge of the Employment Act, Industrial Relations and human capital practices  - Solid stakeholder management skill  - Resourceful, strong analytical skills, able to think strategically and operationally with good problem solving capabilities  - Able to navigate within a matrix organization and handle ambiguity effectively  - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
