Accountable for providing HR Business Partner support to Business Heads and employees on a daily basis.
Key areas of responsibilities: Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Employee Grievance Redressal, Orientation/ On-Boarding, Terminations, HR Administration and any special projects assigned to the HR Function
Job Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy & Branding - Develop and implement the Human Resources Strategy in line with Company's business plans .
- Devise and implement plans aiming in the building and enhancement of the HR brand.
- Performance Management - Partner with the Performance Management Team to implement the Annual Performance
- Appraisal Calendar across the Organisation; Train the Managers on conducting objective performance appraisals
- Responsible for managing and finalising policies related to Performance Mnagement and Career Progression of Front Level Managers in Sales Verticals
- Talent Acquisition - Spearhead the Recruitment process for the Organisation by ensuring quality candidates are sourced in a timely manner and within budget boundaries.
- HR Operation - Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Human Resources: lead and guide the team as required to achieve daily smooth operations and maximum productivity
- Employee Engagement - Create and implement formal and informal communication channels between the Company and the employees ranging from Townhalls/ Departmental meetings and employee satisfaction surveys. Processes the results and drafts action plans addressing areas of concern. Responsible to manage and improve the Overall Organisation Health.
